    Beautiful Sterling Silver Brooch with rhinestones. The design is of a large retro swirling ribbon with clear Chaton cut rhinestones flowers. There are 17 rhinestone flowers throughout the ribbon. The brooch is very well made and has the name Pennino on the back. It measures 3 inches in width and 3 inches in height.
