The Akoya pearl necklace measures 15 inches in length and each pearl is between 6mm to 6.5mm. The clasp is a traditional hook-clasp, done in a high polish navette design in 14k yellow gold. The gemologist cleans each bead and resting them with a special strong silk bead string, He measures each one and puts them in order by size on the string, then puts the clasp back on. We have them to appraise the necklace for retail sale to give our customers assurance about their purchase. |
