It has a huge oval center stone surrounded by large and small chatons and one large pear-cut stone on the bottom. All of the stones are prong-set in a silver tone base metal. It measures 2-3/4" in length and 2" in width. So you won't lose this rare beauty, there are two long prongs on the back for you to attach to your fur.
