Art Deco Coro Duette Brooch and Dress Clips |

| Back | The Coro Company trademarked a unique type of brooch called the Coro Duette which consisted of a mechanism that locks two separate dress clips together. When locked into the mechanism, the two clips look like one large brooch. This Duette is created in an open-work design in white metal, set with baguette and round brilliant rhinestones. It measures 2-1/2" in length and 1" in width. The frame is stamped Coro Duettes with the patent #1798867 which was issued on May 31, 1930. The dress clip mechanisms each have Pat. #1852188. All the components of the Duette function properly and there are no missing stones. A very collectible Coro Duette. |
